      What happens if an item I order is out of stock?

      As our product range includes over 17,000 products it is not always possible to have all products in stock at our warehouse. We endeavour to flag products in our online catalogue when they are temporarily out of stock, however, occasionally products may be out of stock after you have placed your order. We will contact you by phone or email to seek your instructions – either to cancel the product, split your order and place the item/s on backorder, wait for the product to come back into stock or provide an alternative product option.

      How do I know if my order was successful? 

      If you have submitted an order and are unsure if it was successful, please check your email for the Pharmacy Direct confirmation email. This email will be titled "Pharmacy Direct- Order # " and will be sent from pharmacy@pharmacydirect.com.au. If you are still unable to find this email, please check your junk/spam. If you still can't locate your order confirmation, please log into your account on our website and have a look at your order history.
